How You Will Make History Here...

You'll be a key player in shaping the data strategy for the North America Foodservice business unit. By delivering customized insights and tools, you'll support strategic planning and sales execution while promoting consistent, effective data usage across teams. You'll collaborate with execution and marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights that empower more informed, tactical decisions.

What You Will Do...

  • Advise strategic planning processes including IBP and AOP through in-depth category and customer analysis

  • Execute and enhance tools needed for strategic planning, including AOP/IBP templates

  • Develop customized data tools and insights for sales teams across multiple channels

  • Support execution teams in building data-driven sales execution plans

  • Provide recommendations on promotional and trade strategies through ROI analysis

  • Handle tactical, ad hoc reporting requests such as stocking matrices and customer meeting support

  • Advise on the development of standardized reporting tools based on organizational data needs

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on internal and external data systems

Who You Will Work With...

You'll report into the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy. You'll also collaborate with execution, marketing, and sales teams to deliver insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.

What You Bring To The Table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Exceptional analytical skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage short timelines

  • Creative problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in data visualization

  • Experience with Power BI

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple, unrelated sources

  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Skill in drawing compelling stories from complex data

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$68,100-$97,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
