Description

* Pay ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 based on experience.
* $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)
* $500 retention bonuses paid at 6-month and 12-month marks of employment
* Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (13 days)

  • Job Description

    • Leads and manages the Quality Assurance Department to ensure the production of high quality product at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers.


  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Select, supervise, and develop Quality Assurance personnel.
    • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of water processing, syrup-batching, and all Quality Assurance testing and record-keeping.
    • Monitor and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures.
    • Monitor all Corporate, Federal and State communications/audits and implement any necessary changes.
    • Assist operations management with process equipment and product/package troubleshooting and innovation.
    • Collaborate with operations and sales management in order to improve quality indices.
    • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of water treatment plant.
    • Ensure safety of all personnel within the department.


  • Requirements/Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 4+ years previous supervisory or management experience in a related industry; Food or beverage industry preferred.
    • Experience with HACCP, GMP and ISO preferred.

    • This position will be performed at Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii's Honolulu facility.

    • Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
    • Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
