Responsibilities
Company Overview River Park Hospital is a 165-bed facility that provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in both inpatient and residential settings. The Risk Management Assistant position will support our risk management operations. In this role, you will assist the Risk Manager in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining risk documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Assistant Risk Manager will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. As a Risk Management Assistant, you will help monitor risk indicators, track incidents, and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. You will also assist in conducting risk assessments, updating risk registers, and coordinating with other departments to gather necessary information. This position requires a proactive approach, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and a willingness to learn about risk management frameworks and best practices.
