We're looking for a  Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Houston, TX and take ownership of leading and developing our logistics department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety and efficiency, and is eager to build strong teams that deliver exceptional service to customers. What You'll Do 
 Lead and oversee all centralized logistics functions, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient deliveries.Manage and develop a team of 12+ logistics professionals, supporting their growth and success.Review and optimize daily delivery routes across multiple regions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.Coordinate fuel deliveries with internal teams and external partners, ensuring best pricing and accurate execution.Oversee use and training of logistics technology systems (SmartTruck, Smartank, Samsara, Fleetio, etc.).Drive continuous improvement through SOP development, training, and process enhancements.Monitor customer satisfaction and lead corrective action plans when needed.Analyze operational data using enterprise resource planning tools to support strategic decision-making.Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture while reinforcing safety in all operations. What We're Looking For 
 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics-preferably in oil and gas distribution.Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA safety compliance.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach teams in high-paced environments.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred (not required).Technical Skills: Experience with logistics/dispatch software (SmartLogix and Samsara a plus).Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
