RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a
Residential Nurse to join our team in Lancaster, MA.
Who We Seek
You are responsible for supervision of medication and child health coordination for youth in a residential setting between the ages of 12-22. Responsibilities include: oversight of medication plans, supervision of medication administration staff, case management of primary care and specialist physician services as well as state mandated screenings, critical decision making for health emergencies. Requires communication and coordination with guardians and school nurses regarding health needs and ongoing contribution to the health education of students and staff.
Who You Are
You are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, Massachusetts RN licensure, a minimum of two years of experience.
Shift
Residential nursing hours are commonly Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00pm, but can be somewhat flexible around this time frame.
Our residential nursing team also covers on-call hours for their programs Monday-Friday evenings. Our residential nursing team also rotates for on-call on weekends and holidays for all programs in the Lancaster area.
Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree, Massachusetts RN Licensure, minimum two years of experience, residential setting preferred, strong Microsoft Office computer skills, exceptional communication and organizational skills.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive!
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
