Job Title: Sr Order Administration Representative Location: Westminster, CO (Onsite - 4 days/week) Start Date: November 3, 2025 Duration: Approximately 6 months About the Role: TEK is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr Order Administration Representative* to support our sales and quote-to-cash operations. In this role, you'll work closely with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, compliance, and overall business success. Key Responsibilities: * Process and manage customer orders with precision and timeliness * Collaborate across departments to support seamless quote-to-cash workflows * Ensure compliance with trade and revenue regulations Qualifications: * Recent experience in order processing or sales support (at least 2-5 years) * Minimum High School degree, but 2-4 Year Degree preferred; education/training in business admin, software, or supply chain management is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Why Join Us? * Work with a global technology leader on a high-impact project * Gain exposure to complex order management and compliance processes * Opportunity to expand your ERP and cross-functional collaboration skills * Stable 6-month engagement with potential for future opportunities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr.
