Business Operations - Business Intelligence Consultant - Intermediate Category: Information Technology Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-390126 Business Intelligence Consultant - Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing Location: Gloucester, MA Full-Time 18-month contract Day Shift Pay Rate: $45 to $53 per hour depending on experience. We're seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant who can harness the power of data to drive smarter decisions, optimize operations, and support our mission to make possible a better future through technology. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance to deliver insights that shape strategy and execution across our semiconductor and display businesses. Key Responsibilities Design and implement BI solutions that support manufacturing efficiency, yield improvement, and supply chain optimization. Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Analyze large datasets from SAP/S4HANA, MES, CRM, and other enterprise systems to uncover trends and opportunities. Present actionable insights to senior leadership and operational teams. Support digital transformation initiatives and data governance efforts. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on automation, forecasting, and performance analytics. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing. Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud) and SQL. Experience with SAP/S4HANA, CRM platforms, and manufacturing systems. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
