Are you a detail-driven problem solver who loves turning complex processes into smooth-running systems? Do you get a thrill from staying organized, managing multiple programs, and keeping things compliant and efficient? If so, we'd love to have you on our team as our Finance Program Administrator!

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert behind several key programs that keep our organization running like clockwork - including our P-Card Program, Fleet Policy/Program, Employee Reimbursement Program, and more. You'll also ensure we're in tip-top shape when it comes to unclaimed property compliance and maintain our finance intranet site to keep information fresh and accessible.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives on collaboration, and takes pride in creating order out of chaos - this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Take the lead on managing and improving multiple finance programs (P-Card, Fleet, Reimbursement, and others).

  • Keep us compliant and organized by overseeing unclaimed property processes with state and local governments.

  • Maintain and enhance our finance intranet website to ensure it's user-friendly and informative.

  • Work closely with departments across the organization to solve problems, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities - all while keeping a smile on your face and a cup of coffee nearby!

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience managing processes or programs.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between.

  • A true team player with a customer service mindset.

  • The ability to think critically, juggle multiple priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Superb organization skills - you can handle confidential information, meet tight deadlines, and still stay cool under pressure.

  • Strong computer skills - especially in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in an insurance or healthcare environment.

  • Previous work directly with insurance companies.

Why You'll Love Working Here

You won't just be managing programs - you'll be helping shape how our organization operates. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with great people, streamline key processes, and make a real impact. If you love variety, autonomy, and a touch of financial adventure, this is your next great move!
