Job SummaryThe role is responsible for all Local IT support/problem resolution for the assigned sites and for overall customer satisfaction. This position supports multiple Duke Energy locations that includes but not limited to the Customer Contact Center. This is the second level of the Workstation Support Spc hierarchy. Employees at this level solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. Incumbents are expected to develop higher level knowledge and skills.
