Project Manager

Aquent is partnering with an award-winning advertising agency, renowned for its innovative campaigns and commitment to client success. They are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join their collaborative team and play a pivotal role in bridging client needs with internal capabilities.

In this role, you will be the internal advocate for our clients and their primary day-to-day liaison, ensuring their needs are understood and met by the agency's talented teams. You will expertly manage all the intricate moving parts of various marketing projects, maintaining a professional and composed presence with every customer interaction. Your ability to meticulously organize, strategically think, and communicate effectively will be crucial in supporting ongoing marketing efforts and campaign execution.

• Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA. Onsite 2 days per week.
• Duration: 3 months, temp-to-perm opportunity with potential to convert to a salaried position. Conversion is dependent on successful completion of the assignment and the determination of a strong fit by the manager
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the direct, day-to-day liaison and primary client-facing point of contact, expertly gathering requirements and communicating directly with stakeholders.

* Act as the central project manager and traffic coordinator, overseeing all internal moving parts of agency projects to ensure smooth workflow.

* Manage the internal production process, coordinating with development teams for online initiatives and collaborating with production managers and external partners for print materials.

* Partner closely with senior account leadership to support the execution of ongoing marketing efforts, including weekly messaging and campaign initiatives.

* Maintain an exceptional attention to detail, meticulously managing projects with strategic foresight rather than a basic checklist approach.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing environment, either within an agency setting or an in-house marketing department.

* Strong project management skills, demonstrated by experience working effectively across multiple teams and departments.

* A curious, positive, and learning-focused attitude, eager to absorb new knowledge and grow professionally.

* Possess the necessary professional presence and polish to interact effectively and confidently with clients.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Previous experience producing campaigns involving direct mail.

* Prior experience working with clients in the financial services sector.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30-$34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
