Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 Our Central Services team is hiring a Sterile Processing Educator - a key role in shaping the future of sterile processing excellence. What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the education and training of Sterile Processing Technicians
  • Develop curriculum and oversee sign-offs for new employee training and annual competencies
What You'll Need:
  • Completion of an approved Surgical Tech or Sterile Processing Tech program
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Technician
  • CRCST certification (Certified Registered Central Services Technician) through HSPA within one year of hire
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and a self-starter mindset
