This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30pm - 11:00pm for 2nd shift. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Manufacturing Support Associate III prepares raw rubber materials by operating specialized equipment such as rubber mills, shears, and extruders, while demonstrating mastery of core manufacturing processes like trimming, molding, and bonding. The associate handles material movement via forklift, accurately tracks raw material data, and produces quality sealing parts in compliance with specifications. The associate actively participates in team goals and continuous improvement initiatives, ensures efficient production flow and adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintains a safe and inclusive work environment. SALARY INFORMATION: Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $23.25 - $35.50 per hour.
