- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical instructions with accuracy.
- Operate hand and power tools safely; certifications may be needed for cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as needed.
- Perform tasks using knowledge of various mechanical processes, operations, and equipment.
- Complete work order documentation, quality records, and accurately log labor hours.
- Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or a similar mechanical field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with standard hand and power tools, both pneumatic and battery-operated
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Able to identify mechanical parts and electrical components
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to follow directions, Proficient with hand tools, good attention to detail

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
