Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Lebanon, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical instructions with accuracy.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; certifications may be needed for cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as needed.
• Perform tasks using knowledge of various mechanical processes, operations, and equipment.
• Complete work order documentation, quality records, and accurately log labor hours.
• Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or a similar mechanical field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with standard hand and power tools, both pneumatic and battery-operated

• Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Able to identify mechanical parts and electrical components
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to follow directions, Proficient with hand tools, good attention to detail

Additional Information :

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a "U.S. Person," as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.
