Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid environment with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • As a project coordinator, you will oversee a project from inception to completion.
  • You will closely monitor whether a project is progressing as per the allocated schedule, as well as the budget and report status and trends.
  • This is an important coordination job where the project coordinator ensures the timely availability of all resources, including manpower and material, to every agency involved in a project.
  • Supporting the Project Lead
  • Allocating tasks and jobs to project team members.
  • Examining opportunities to reduce project costs and ensure compliance with the allocated project budget.
  • Providing administration support
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Meeting Facilitation & Documentation

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $39.36 /hr

Hours: Part time - 20 hrs/week (4 hours/day)

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, Tuesday mandatory in office and 4 days remote

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBase, SharePoint, and other project tracking tools for updating timelines, records, and documentation.

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling issues across departments.

  • Ability to adapt to different projects
  • Troubleshooting skills to be able to deal with and solve unforeseen problems

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
