Spiro is hiring an entry-level support person to join our warehouse team. The Warehouse Technician-1 position works in partnership with warehouse management to deliver a best-in-class product. The Warehouse Technician-1 position will assist with inspecting and prepping trade show exhibit components. This position focuses on warehouse-related tasks in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house, where deadlines cannot be missed.

Responsibilities



  • Assist with locating, inspecting & staging client properties
  • Assist with loading & unloading trucks
  • Assist with minor refurbishment & repairs to client properties/crates
  • Assist with pulling & packing fulfillment orders for shipment
  • Perform box assembly, packing & palletizing
  • Maintain a clean workspace & follow company safety guidelines


Requirements

  • Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined
  • Basic warehousing-related experience
  • Forklift experience (will certify once hired)
  • Ability to use hand tools & inventory control scanners/software
  • Physically able to stand & lift as required for job
  • Ability to communicate openly, honestly & constructively
