Pay Rate:$23.40- $24.96

Job Description

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for tracking all inventory in the facility to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained for products, equipment, and supplies as needed. In this role, the Inventory Specialist will investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, while spearheading the development of innovative inventory control protocols to enhance efficiency and decrease expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with management of inventory placement and accuracy both internally within the warehouse and technically in the system.
  • Perform Daily Cycle Counts.
  • Investigate and solve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assists with management of inventory reporting, replacements, movements, reprofiling, replenishments, etc.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with coworkers and direct team.
  • Assists to maintain system accuracy in SAP and any other related system in which is applicable.
  • Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical and system inventory audits which includes cycle counting.
  • Operates forklift truck; including high reach, cherry picker, and stand up.
  • Works with other members of inventory team and warehouse to develop and maintain best practices with inventory control.
  • Performs other related duties as requested.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years experience
