Administrative Coordinator Caregiver Health \Hybrid

The Administrative Coordinator (AC) is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support services for Caregiver Health Services (CHS) for Providence Saint Joseph Health. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing reports, meeting preparation and other logistical matters. Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate employee health records and adherence to policies and procedures. The CHS AC assists the Caregiver Health Services team with all aspects of the clinic, such as scheduling, ordering of supplies and data input. This position may coordinate and/or assist with the development, implementation and promotion of CHS wellness and injury prevention initiatives and activities.

This position works Hybrid. Most of the time this role will work remotely, but the expectation is that the individuals hired into these positions will be able to commute to either Renton or Santa Rosa to work on site for meetings as needed so reasonable proximity to either location is required.

Required Qualifications:



  • 3 years Experience as clerical/receptionist in a health care setting
  • 1 year Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)

  • Associate's Degree

California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $26.25, Max: $40.11

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78

Washington: Tukwila: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78
