Requirements/Qualifications: * Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. * Strong experience in frontend development, including advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as hands-on expertise with modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular. * Demonstrated leadership in frontend development, including mentoring team members, setting best practices, and driving UI/UX excellence. * Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with a proven ability to design and implement user-centric interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. * Familiarity with SQL and database design concepts. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting frontend solutions and collaborating with stakeholders. * Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges, staying current with the latest frontend technologies and industry trend.
