The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading advanced digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, leadership in cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact projects with minimal oversight. This Senior Digital Marketing Manager will specialize in pay-per-click advertising, while contributing to the integrated strategy and overall marketing objectives. They also serve as advisors to leadership, provide mentorship to team members, and lead the responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives. * Lead cross-functional collaboration with content, design, sales, analytics, and product teams. * Analyze performance data using advanced analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, predictive modeling) and communicate insights to stakeholders. * Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and ethical AI use. * Champion process improvements and innovation to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. * Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving digital marketing technologies. * Develop and oversee high-budget, advanced PPC campaigns across search, display, video, and programmatic platforms. * Lead initiatives in predictive bidding, dynamic personalization, and AI-driven campaign automation. * Drive advanced conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B and multivariate testing, working with UX/UI teams. * Provide forecasting, budget recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership. * Collaborate across departments to ensure PPC is fully integrated into broader marketing strategy. YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: * Bachelor's Degree * 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including demonstrated expertise in PPC advertising * The ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes. * The ability to understand and apply insights about a specific group of consumers or businesses that Relias aims to reach with its products and solutions. * The ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with and drive the overall business objectives. * Utilization of a wide range of relevant marketing enablement tools. * Proven ability to influence digital marketing strategy at a senior level. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD: * Advanced Google/Microsoft certifications, expertise in predictive analytics, and experience across multiple ad formats. * Industry-specific experience in Healthcare or Education.
