Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager that will focus on overseeing tax compliance for all properties and corporate entities. This position will also support general accounting activities such as reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close. This position is ideal for a well-rounded accounting professional who enjoys both detailed tax work and broader financial management responsibilities. Job Duties include:

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare and file sales, occupancy, property tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national tax laws.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Advise management on tax matters and legislative updates.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting.
  • Review and reconcile intercompany accounts between properties.
  • Assist with process improvements in financial systems and controls.

Education and Experience:

  • A 4-year college degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with strong tax background.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PVNG, SAP, Oracle, PMS systems) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, reporting standards, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in multi-unit management
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Compensation for this role will be based on a combination of factors including relevant experience, specialized skills, and geographic location
