You will:



  • Develop and author mechanical product requirements
  • Perform first-order "spreadsheet level" thermal analysis and simulations
  • Create and test prototypes to validate analysis
  • Design and 3D model parts such as heat sinks, fan modules, airflow baffles, sheet metal chassis, and mounting brackets.
  • Develop 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models


You have:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency with Solidworks or 3DExperience Catia
  • Knowledge of core heat transfer concepts, including conduction, convection, and radiation
  • Familiarity with building prototypes and machining


We prefer:



  • Familiarity with electrical component design principles
  • Experience with data center or desktop computers
  • Knowledge of how to read and interpret mechanical drawings with GD&T

The expected hourly rate for this full-time position is listed below. Interns are also eligible to participate in the Company's generous benefits programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
