Join a forward-thinking team that's shaping the future of digital transformation! The Enterprise Program Strategy & Implementation (EPSI) team is seeking a Senior Consultant I to play a key role in advancing our enterprise-wide digital delivery initiatives.

In this role, you'll help drive strategic programs focused on eDelivery (eBill, ePolicy, Paperless) and Electronic Document Fulfillment (EDF) - including eSignature, upload, and attestation solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and support the company's vision of a more connected, paperless future.

  • Drive Impactful Initiatives: Strategize, deliver, and support small-to-medium scale projects that create measurable business value and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear business, technical, and process requirements that guide successful solution design and delivery.

  • Project Execution: Contribute to projects of moderate complexity, applying sound project management practices to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

  • Research & Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis, summarize key findings, and prepare comprehensive documentation to support consulting and decision-making efforts.

  • Process & System Improvement: Support the design and development of new business plans, programs, and processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve system issues impacting upstream and downstream operations, ensuring smooth business workflows.

  • Testing & Validation: Participate in end-to-end testing and post-deployment validation to confirm that solutions meet requirements and perform as intended.

  • Innovation & Delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams to lead initiatives from ideation through successful market deployment.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management experience (experience with Agile frameworks preferred).

  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience (preferably in Property & Casualty) with strong knowledge of products, processes, and distribution channels.

  • Familiarity with Agency Operations, Direct Phone Sales (DPS), Customer Call Center (CCC),processes preferred.

  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to develop impactful reports and presentations.

  • Strong project management and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect business strategy to execution.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve routine challenges using sound judgment, established procedures, and attention to detail.

  • High collaboration and follow-up activities with various partners .

Compensation

Additional Job DescriptionBase compensation offered for this role is $70,500 -$111,450 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
