- Make an Impact! Manage the emergency management equipment inventory across Main Line Health to a constant readiness state according to manufactures specifications and regulatory agency requirements. Maintain all training equipment for existing and future training needs. Maintain an electronic inventory control system across MLH, to include all fixed equipment and perishable supplies with a monthly inspection. Work with Public Safety managers/director, hospital personnel and vendors to provide MLH staff training with the most up-to-date information on equipment usage, as well as recommend new products. Assist the Public Safety Departments at each campus with fire safety, emergency management preparedness, response, and exercise development. As the equipment subject matter expert, assist with exercises and training programs such as Incident Command, decontamination training, OSHA compliance regarding Emergency Preparedness, safety, fire safety programs such as conducting fire drills, fire extinguisher training, evacuation chair training, assist with AED inspections and inventory and additional programs as required by regulatory agencies and emergency management needs. As the subject matter expert maintain personal readiness to respond and assist any of the Main Line Health campuses during an event as requested by the Main Line Health Public Safety Department. Assist with external medical and emergency management events in the community as the logistics officer or other assignment(s) as needed. Assist the Emergency Management Task Force to procure necessary equipment and supplies for events to include delivery, setup and dismantling from the site. Oversee daily Safety-Security operations at BMRH, which include review of daily incidents reports, oversight of campus CCure Access Control System , CCTV oversite, radio system operations, uniform and related security equipment procurement, arrange vehicle maintenance scheduling, locksmith services, visitor management system, records management system, hiring, payroll, policy review and creation and security assessments.

Experience: Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience in safety or security required. Knowledge of and prior experience in healthcare specific
Education: Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or five years' experience in emergency management
