Job Summary: Adjunct faculty (classroom or on-line) are hired to teach on a semester basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required for MATH006, MATH070, MATH080, MATH090, MATH091
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or math-related field; or
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree in an education related field WITH math teaching experience; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education

Required for MATH100
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or math-related field; or
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree in an education related field WITH math teaching experience; or
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree in business or a business-related field; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education

Required for MATH103, MATH104
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or math-related field; or
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree in an education related field WITH math teaching experience of similar level to HACC's MATH103 and MATH104; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education

Required for MATH111
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or math-related field; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education

Required for MATH113, MATH114
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or math-related field, WITH math teaching experience; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education, WITH math teaching experience

Required for MATH202
- Bachelor's in mathematics or bachelor's in mathematics education WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in a math, math education, or statistics; or
- Bachelor's in a math-related field WITH a completed master's degree or Pennsylvania master's equivalency in math or math education

Required for MATH110, MATH116, MATH119, MATH121, MATH122, MATH125, MATH220, MATH221, MATH222
- Must meet the minimum qualifications of a full-time math faculty member

Licensing Requirements: Compliance with PA ACT-15 Requirements
