As a Senior Regulatory Adherence Coordinator, you'll drive vital analysis that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You'll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving business processes.

This role is crucial for the accurate and timely reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) to our manufacturing partners and the FDA. The individual will work closely with team members and operations to meet specific requirements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy for each reported AE and PQC. Responsibilities include processing and managing AEs and PQCs in compliance with our standards, providing insights and guidance, staying informed about rapid changes in the pharmacy industry, and demonstrating excellent written communication skills for clear and comprehensive documentation of each AE.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, a willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes, and exceptional written communication skills to ensure clarity and completeness in documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and partner agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient and compliant reporting workflows.
  • Maintain documentation systems and records in alignment with data retention policies.
  • Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement efforts, and automation initiatives to enhance scalability.
  • Lead or support meetings related to AE reporting and participate in relevant working groups.
  • Assist with training efforts for internal teams and external partners.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as assigned.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as directed by management.

Required Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

  • 2+ years of experience with using time management skills

  • 2+ years of experience exhibiting strong communication (written and verbal) skills

  • 2 + years of experience in working effectively within a team environment

  • Demonstrates a consistently pleasant, respectful, and professional demeanor in all interactions, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy Technician licensure

  • Pharmacovigilance experience or other equivalent clinical or pharmaceutical experience

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology

  • Experience in participating in group team meetings

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
