Job Description



Leads and guides lower level network staff, as necessary. Leads the coordination and execution of Rover device deployments across the enterprise in support of Epic. Serves as the operational lead across sites, vendors, and system leadership to ensure timely, efficient, and clinically aligned enablement of frontline staff.


Job Responsibility





  • Provides leadership to Enterprise Communications team members, supervisors, and managers by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
  • Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
  • Diagnoses and correlates complex problems, and identifies root causes and develops remediation strategies.
  • Drives improvements in process, efficiency, and standardization.
  • Leads and guides lower level network team members, as necessary.

Job Qualification




  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required.


Preferred Qualifications



  • BA in Health Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, healthcare deployment coordination, or enterprise technology programs.
  • 3+ years of experience in team, program, or vendor management within a complex health system or large organization.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-wide rollouts or go-lives, preferably involving clinical applications or mobile technology.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operational needs in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
  • Experience working with vendors supporting hardware logistics, smart charging lockers, wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T/FirstNet), or technology accessories.
  • Skilled in executive reporting, deployment dashboards, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to operate at both the system and site level, navigating ambiguity and resolving blockers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with clinical and administrative leadership.
