Overview
The SUD ROSC Coordinator establishes a Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC); a coordinated network of community-basedservices and supports that is person centered and builds on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families, and communities to experience recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use and/or co-occurring conditions. They will focus on creating an infrastructure, or "systems of care", with the resources to effectively address the full range of substance use and/or co-occurring disorders within local Peoria-areacommunities.The SUD ROSC Coordinator is responsible for the development of a local Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) council. The ROSC council will work at the community level to support the IDHS/SUPR mission of promoting a statewide recovery-oriented system of care along the continuum of prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support where individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring conditions, those in recovery and those at risk are valued and treated with dignity and where stigma, accompanying attitudes, discrimination, and other barriers to recovery are eliminated. The ROSC Coordinator serves as the lead collaborating with community members to form the local ROSC council. The SUD ROSC Support Specialist position reports directly to the ROSC Coordinator. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.39per hour - $29.79per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
