SR. TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR

We're seeking a strategic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment efforts across a variety of roles-including leadership positions. You'll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by attracting top-tier talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to attract a variety of positions including senior-level talent across various business units.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand role needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, networks, and tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Proactively share key market intelligence to Client Groups and HR Business Partners and develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a high-touch and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable federal state and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable documentation of candidate communications, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including executive search.
  • Proven experience with modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Prior experience collaborating and partnering with wide variety of clients, including senior-level business leaders and professional candidates
  • Experience with Taleo or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
  • Required to work onsite in the Plano office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with federal compliance programs (OFCCP)
  • Experience in agency or RPO environments.
  • Passion for recruitment and a solid understanding of business operations.
