Under the supervision of the Department of Medicine Clinical Research Unit, this position is charged with maintaining compliance with study protocols, institutional policy, and federal regulations. Basic responsibilities include preparation of informed consent documents and IRB applications, regulatory submission and maintenance, assistance with monitoring visits, and participation in quality management of research studies. In collaboration with other research support staff, this position will support research investigators/physicians with guidance on research processes and enable successful collaborations with research sponsors.
