Temple University's Department of Education Abroad and Overseas Campuses is searching for an Education Abroad Program Manager! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source. Position Summary The Education Abroad Program Manager manages the day-to-day operations of their assigned program(s), including recruitment, admissions, pre-departure, student course registration, health and safety, and evaluation. They review applications for assigned programs and make admission decisions, manage the visa application processes for students, process and track all pre-departure forms and documents, guide students through the entire application and pre-departure processes, and liaise regularly with program leaders and/or on-site program staff. They identify and resolve problems related to their programs and students. The Program Manager participates in the promotion of international education across the university and at partner institutions and attends special events. Supports general office functions, including general study abroad and scholarship advising and recruitment/outreach for all Education Abroad administered/approved programs. The Program Manager role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented professional with administrative experience and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is committed to student service, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high volume, and dynamic environment. The duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
