*Why You'll Love This Role* * *Earn $18/hr (English)* or *$19.50/hr (Bilingual - Spanish)* * * Hybrid Schedule* available starting *February* (based on performance) * *Monday-Friday only* - No weekends! * *Paid Training*: Nov 12 - Dec 9 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site) * *Nesting Period*: Dec 10 - Jan 7 * *Shift Options*: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (assigned based on business needs) *What You'll Do* * Handle *40-50 inbound calls/day* about *homeowner insurance claims* * *Calm frustrated callers and provide real solutions* * *Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues* * *Be the bridge* between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor * Document everything like a pro in our claims system * Make outbound calls when needed to follow up *What We're Looking For* *Must-Haves*: * 1-2 years of *call center experience* (claims, insurance, or escalations = gold!) * Thick skin & a cool head under pressure * Typing speed of *35+ WPM* * * Strong verbal & written communication* * * Working cellphone (for dual authentication)* * * Reliable transportation* *Bonus Points*: * Insurance or mortgage experience * Auto claims or Medicaid/Medicare experience *Hard No's*: * Job hoppers * No call center experience * Weak communication skills *Location* *Daytona Beach, FL or nearby areas* *#PRIORITYEASE* Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
