Job Title: Warranty Services Representative Location: Oxnard, CA 93030 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% onsite) Pay: $22/hr About the Company: Join a well-established manufacturer specializing in high-performance heating and water systems for residential and commercial applications. Position Overview: The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling warranty service requests including dispatching, validation, registration, vendor coordination, and service provider engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers with product services and inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family or commercial projects * Interpret and explain warranty coverage and procedures * Coordinate returns for repair or replacement of defective items * Utilize internal systems to track service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assess warranty eligibility * Dispatch third-party contractors and follow up to ensure resolution * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions Required Skills & Experience: * Experience handling inbound and outbound customer service or technical support calls * Proficiency in processing refunds and resolving customer issues * Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems * Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and correspondence * Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in warranty services is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
