Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements and use cases for the Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution. Candidates should have functional and business analysis skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications, and a desire to grow their expertise working with complex applications.

A Day In the Life Typically Includes:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Assist in documenting non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and usability.
• Participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design discussions, and testing support.
• Contribute to solution design by evaluating business needs and recommending practical options.
• Support testing teams in developing test conditions, acceptance criteria, and expected results.
• Learn and develop domain knowledge in CPQ and related systems on the job.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in software or product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with CPQ, ERP, CRM, or other complex business systems.
• Exposure to software development or technical roles.
• Familiarity with documenting user stories, use cases, and functional requirements in a structured format.
• Experience with configuration, pricing, or quoting processes in a business environment.
• Experience using GenAI tools for requirements, or prototyping is a plus.
