The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution meets defined quality standards and delivers a reliable experience for users. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing. Quality Analysts at this level are expected to independently design and execute tests, contribute to automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts. Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools to accelerate test design, automation, or defect analysis is a strong plus. A Day In the Life Typically Includes: Design, create, and execute manual test cases based on requirements specifications. Document results and provide clear feedback on product functionality and identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate product features and workflows. Contribute to expanding automation coverage and improving framework reliability and work with developers and business analysts to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues. Maintain and prepare data sets required to execute test scenarios and validate that applications meet quality standards and business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure test environments support effective testing and provide accurate, comprehensive feedback to support product readiness. Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements through release and build and apply knowledge in CPQ and related systems to improve testing effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: Experience using analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in software quality assurance or testing, with both manual and automated testing experience. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CPQ, ERP, CRM, or other complex business systems. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum development practices.
