POSITION SPECIFICS

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Level ServiceNow IT Consultant, where your technical expertise will help shape and optimize ServiceNow process and enterprise workflows. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, enabling enhanced productivity and delivering impactful solutions across the organization.

We're seeking a motivated individual eager to utilize their substantial ServiceNow skillset to enhance, support, deliver solutions and guide best practice implementations within our ServiceNow platform. This is a full-time, remote work position with full benefits.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States, with certain limitations on hiring within specific states.

  • Standard working hours align with the Eastern Time Zone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include:

ServiceNow Administration & Configuration

  • Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Implement security changes across the platform.

  • Design and deliver quality solutions to align with business processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.

ServiceNow Development

  • Design and implement UI changes including portal, forms and workspaces.

  • Develop custom enhancements, scripts and flows to support requested platform functionality.

  • Develop new, and update existing workflows, forms, and automation features.

  • Lead implementations of new integrations with external sources.

  • Implement new AI features across the platform.

  • Provide best practice guidance on processes around CSDM, CMDB, Asset, ITSM, SPM, HRSD

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancement and feature requests.

  • Evaluate proposed changes and provide expert solution recommendations.

  • Ensure clear communication of technical findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow development experience

    • ServiceNow CAD Certification

    • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification

    • Scripting proficiency (Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, Glide API)

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality and architecture.

    • Experience in developing and supporting ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Catalog, SPM, HR Service Delivery, workspaces and custom portals.

    • ServiceNow Administrator Certification

    MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None

    SALARY & BENEFITS

    The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $76,700.00 - $115,100.00.
