Planner



About the Role


As a Planner, you will find a challenging opportunity producing high-quality products that will serve leading companies in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, sustainable energy production, medical equipment and food safety. You will schedule and coordinate the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production. Provide support and serve as inside liaison for customers and sales agents.

In the role of Planner you would be located at our Hannibal, Missouri facility.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to ensure optimization of cost and service level.
  • Schedules and coordinates the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production.
  • Distributes work orders to departments denoting number, type and proposed completion date.
  • Compiles reports on progress of work and machine, tool and equipment failures to inform on production delays.
  • Delivers continuous improvement through participation in Lean Kaizen events.



Required Qualifications



  • High-school graduate/ GED is required
  • Preferred two-year degree or technical certificate or related experience (3-5 years)
  • Leadership training is a plus
