• Build relationships with new clients and help them secure the right insurance coverage.
• Partner with local businesses and referral sources to expand your network.
• Prospect new clients through phone outreach and in-person visits.
• Cross-sell additional lines of insurance to existing clients.
• Manage policy renewals, updates, and client requests accurately.
• Leverage our technology and training to stay organized, efficient, and successful.

• Active Property & Casualty License (required).
• Proven sales experience and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and CRM systems.
