Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent Location: Sunrise, FL (33322) OR Doral, FL (33122) Duration: Full-time Position Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day Pay Rate: $25 /hr on W2 Must Have: Active License: Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License . Job Description: Tiered commission structure - the more you sell, the more you earn. Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. All inbound leads (no cold calling!). Warm, pre-qualified leads provided daily. Full-time, in-office roles (Sunrise and/or Doral, FL). Comprehensive training and career development. Opportunities for internal growth and promotion. Role & Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from pre-qualified leads. Assist clients with ACA health plan selection. Follow proven sales scripts and CMS-compliant procedures. Meet and exceed sales and performance goals. What You'll Need: Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (Required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus). Motivation, integrity, and a passion for helping clients. Report on-site for now could have remote roles moving forward.
