JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor II, Day Program is responsible for leading and supporting day program activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role provides direction to staff, ensures program quality, and fosters participant independence through effective program coordination, relationship management, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
