This role partners closely with the VP, Strategy & Business Development to lead the transversal strategic and transformation efforts across Vita. The key focus is on the disciplined execution of the Value Creation Initiative (VCI) portfolio and delivery of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) and annual Business Plan (BP). The position ensures strong alignment between strategic priorities, governance cadence, and operational delivery-serving as a backbone for structured execution and performance management across Brands, Markets, and Vita Global Services.

You will work closely with the Strategy team, our CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, and Finance leadership as well as Brand and Market Heads

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transversal VCI PMO, ensuring structured governance, portfolio visibility, and measurable impact through dashboards.
  • Steer preparation and alignment of LTP and BP deliverables in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Drive the development of cross-brand KPI dashboards for performance and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee governance materials for Board, Global Leadership Team (GLT), Vita Leadership Team (VLT), and BP.
  • Provide structured insight and project management support across key strategic pillars.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of executive deliverables, fostering accountability and transparency across functions.
  • Act as sparring partner to the VP Strategy & Business Development on transversal priorities, governance, and overall strategy cadence.

Your Background

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs or PMOs with financial impact tracking.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance management (EBIT, 4WC, cost efficiency).
  • Demonstrated ability to align strategic initiatives with operational execution across business units and functions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools).
  • Experience working within matrix or multi-brand organizations.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset.
