The Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving Clario's financial planning and analysis efforts. This position supports strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis across various business segments. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to prepare management reports, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help shape financial strategies that advance our mission to unlock better evidence. What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze financial performance across funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Build and maintain Excel models to interpret financial data and support decision-making
  • Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and presentations
  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including model development
  • Leverage ERP (AX), CRM (Salesforce), OneStream, and other tools to extract and analyze data
  • Apply financial analysis techniques to develop actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial performance analysis and reporting

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior management
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
