Financial Analyst I

Opportunity Overview:

Financial Analyst I position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (onsite position)

You will report to the onsite manager. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2) position. You will work with NEER IT project teams, financial teams, and other Stakeholders to develop, monitor and analyze the budgets related to technology programs. The analyst ensures that IT expenditures align with organizational goals, financial guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Your Day-to-Day:

• You will support financial analysts resolving impediments or issues that arise
• Develop, review financial models and forecast to support strategic planning processes for finance manager to review
• Monitor actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions for management intra-month
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement for finance manager to review
• Manage financials for critical projects outside of the financial analyst responsibilities as defined by leadership
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and technology project management.
• SAP/BOBJ Reporting knowledge is great but not required.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $52.00/hr. to $57.00/hr.
