NO Agencies, please SUMMARY Core Laboratories is seeking a Digital Media & Web Specialist to lead the rebuild, management, and long-term success of its corporate website and digital media presence. This role will be responsible for ensuring our external-facing platforms reflect Core Lab's global leadership, innovation, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years of experience in digital media, web development, and content management, with strong visual and technical abilities. This individual will partner closely with Marketing/Communications and IT to deliver a modern, optimized, and well-maintained digital ecosystem. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Website Management & Development
  • Lead the rebuild and ongoing management of Core Lab's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-first, visually cohesive, and aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices (tagging, descriptions, alt text) and web analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and deploy new features.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Communications to ensure content is updated, optimized for investors and generating sales leads.
  • Digital Content & Media
  • In coordination with Marketing/Communications, update global web content across business units, ensuring consistency in imagery, tone, and branding.
  • Provide guidance on the creation and optimization of graphics, photography, and video for digital use.
  • Stay current on and provide best-practice guidance for content across social media and other digital channels as needed.
  • Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish processes for approvals, publishing, and quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide regular analytics reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and user experience.
  • Stay current with digital trends, platforms, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing/Communications, and business units.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging strategy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the staged overhaul of imagery and branded materials across Core Lab's platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design & Development, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with corporate digital media, web development, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting website rebuilds/redesigns with external vendors or agencies.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Craft, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience creating or coordinating digital content (graphics, imagery, video, social posts) that aligns with brand standards.
  • Front-End Knowledge: Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (not necessarily a developer, but able to manage vendors and troubleshooting minor issues).
