What to Expect The Associate Sales Manager for the Megapack Sales Team plays a crucial role in supporting the sales of Tesla's Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment to diverse customers, including data centers, utilities, and large industrial clients. This dynamic position involves assisting sales leaders throughout the entire sales cycle, from account management and technical diligence to contract negotiation and execution. Working closely with internal teams across engineering, finance, and legal, as well as external stakeholders, this role ensures seamless coordination of projects and fosters strong customer relationships in a rapidly growing technology and market landscape. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
