About the Role:

As a valued member of the Extended Leadership Team, the Maintenance & Process Reliability Supervisor holds a pivotal, prominent position overseeing the maintenance department's personnel and ensuring optimal facilities and equipment performance within our bottling plant operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, this role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse business functions, both within and beyond the immediate site, and includes direct interaction with customers, positioning you as a key contributor to our organization's continued success and growth.

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the reduction of unplanned downtime by implementing and sustaining a comprehensive, facility-wide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program that fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support thorough investigations of all downtime incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Develop and maintain an asset master plan to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and proactively support organizational growth through improved reliability and equipment health.
  • Champion and facilitate the adoption of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices locally and across the global manufacturing network.
  • Clearly communicate maintenance and reliability improvements to customers through both virtual and in-person meetings.

Role Key Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or other technical discipline
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a Maintenance or Reliability Engineer role required
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a highly regulated industry (Food, Pharma, etc.)
  • Experience leading and working knowledge of a Preventative Maintenance Program and Autonomous Maintenance required.
