About the Role: As a valued member of the Extended Leadership Team, the Maintenance & Process Reliability Supervisor holds a pivotal, prominent position overseeing the maintenance department's personnel and ensuring optimal facilities and equipment performance within our bottling plant operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, this role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse business functions, both within and beyond the immediate site, and includes direct interaction with customers, positioning you as a key contributor to our organization's continued success and growth.
