Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Estimated annual base pay: $94,000(minimum) - $122,000(midpoint) - $150,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer/Region Management: Manages intermediate accounts or regions, owning the contract throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage Contract Lifecycle: Oversees all phases of contract management from initiation and execution to renewal and termination, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Responsible for making whole request, flow down requirements.
- Mitigate Contractual Risks: Identifies potential risks within contracts and develops strategies to minimize exposure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partners with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective contract negotiations and resolve any contractual issues.
- Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Prepares, reviews, and negotiates contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
- Contract Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating complex contract terms to secure favorable agreements with minimal guidance.
- Risk Assessment: Skilled in identifying and mitigating potential contractual risks to protect organizational interests.
- Legal Compliance: Developing understanding of the impacts of relevant laws and regulation, with an in-depth understanding of what is required for legal group.
- Project Leadership: Capable of leading contract related projects, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Expertise in analyzing complex contractual issues and developing effective, strategic solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex and sensitive contract information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contract Drafting: Skilled in preparing clear and comprehensive contract documents with minimal guidance; a variety of contract types.
- Process Optimization: Skilled in improving contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Financial Analysis: Has a good understanding of the financial impact of contract terms.
- Documentation Management: Proficient in maintaining accurate and organized contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Successful Candidates Typically Have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
