Data Analyst & Project Management Coordinator

This is a 2-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Santa Monica, CA.

Summary

This role supports a global People, Inclusion & Culture (PIC) team by blending data analytics with project management to drive actionable insights and coordinate initiatives in HR, DEI, and ESG programs. The position ensures that people data informs decision-making while projects are executed efficiently and stakeholders are kept aligned.

Job Description

In this role, you will turn people data into actionable insights and coordinate key projects and initiatives within the PIC team. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to ensure data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards, and support DEI and ESG reporting requirements. This includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, preparing executive-level presentations, maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also support ongoing HR and sustainability programs, helping the team achieve strategic goals.

Education and Experience

  Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  Background in HR analytics, DEI, ESG reporting, or project coordination

  
  
• 
  

  Experience translating complex data into insights and actionable recommendations

  The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $37-$38.78 per hour
