Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: Open to remote (prefer Chicago IL - Hybrid 2-3 days) 10+ years of experience required Top 4 skills required: 1: Project Management 2: Stakeholder Management 3: Process/Business Analysis 4: Technical Writing (URS/BRD/Test Cases) Job Description: * Experience working on AI projects in matrix organization at ease with technology * Project Planning & Governance * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. * Define project governance models and reporting cadences. * Execution & Monitoring * Track progress against milestones and KPIs. * Manage risks, issues, and change requests. * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects) * Stakeholder Communication * Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates * Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports * Tooling & Reporting * Utilize client-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PPT, Excel) for tracking and reporting * Business analysis skills seen as a plus * Technical writing skills seen as a plus Nice to have: Bachelor of Science 4 year pharma, health care, or regulated industry * What type of environment is this person working in? o Matrix organization o Group Setting | |
