What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting, instructing, and directing patients and visitors
• Scheduling appointments and managing physician calendars
• Performing clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff
• Retrieving insurance and patient information
• Providing necessary forms and securing signatures
• Entering patient data into the system
• Answering incoming calls and dispatching messages
• Coordinating follow-up appointments and patient account functions
• Establishing payment plans and collecting payments

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
