As a Security Professional - School Facility Patrol Full-Time in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an educational location, helping to deter incidents and provide a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, students, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations on campus in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the educational facility and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and providing a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help maintain order and observe for any security-related concerns.
• Document and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities observed during patrols in accordance with site procedures.
• Collaborate with campus staff and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters and provide assistance.
• Support a welcoming and professional environment for all individuals on the premises.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
